Paras Defence restricts trading for insiders ahead of September 2026 financial results As on : 19-Sep-26 18:02
Paras Defence and Space Technologies Limited will close its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the company’s unaudited financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the company’s code for prohibition of insider trading.
